Speaking of Bracks spin you should have heard it this morning on 3AW. Bracks is about to announce a new tax (they call it a levy) on new land developments. The effect of the new tax will be:
1. increased land value for developers
2. decreased price of land for mum and dad purchsers
3. increased state government revenue
Give that man the Nobel Prize for economics.
